I’ve been to this — it was extremely crowded with vendors selling everything from strange Chinese gizmos to porn, but worth seeing! 10am-5pm. I’ve been to this festival at the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade in Boston. They have performers and a huge crowd with dozens of booths. Although it’s a little slow paced, it’s the only South Asian-themed event I know of in Boston, and definitely worth a trip. 3:30-8pm.,

At least, that’s my guess, because their website still says 2010 — although I confirmed this elsewhere. Arr!! I’ve seen this one and it’s small but fantastically fun. It’s about 5% the size of King Richard’s Faire but highly recommended. They have a dozen live actors portraying pirates and doing a play (in segments) that lasts all day, and an action-comedy show. There will be vendors of appropriately themed goods, with food and music. Sat-Sun 10am-5pm, rain or shine.,
